Roaring Bull, maybe go to Frontierfolk.com and ask around over there in the trading area.  Somebody over there is likely to have that sort of thing.

How about maken 'em your self? At least a look alike, buy some strap iron the width you want them, cut off the length of buckle you want, drill 8 holes in the appropriate spots, saw out the scrap, file 'em up, take a nail and make a tongue, give 'em a little bend and your done. Add some hammer marks if you want, brown, blue, use.

Look up Steve Baxter, blacksmith. His prices used to be good.

I've used these on a few pieces, but don't do much that often with handforged buckles..........

Dave try this site.  Keep in mind these are not hand made forged buckles, but I think are more like 'drop' forged.  They look like alot of original style buckles often found at sites, etc.  And, if I recall they may be 'japanned' too.

Dave.....I have been using buckles from  http://www.mountaintoptradingco.com/index2.htm for about two years.  Tony and Judy Roberts are great people to deal with and their buckles are very well made. They are also priced quite reasonable........Regards      Frank

Go to Lowe's and get a 3/16" welding rod. You can make about half a dozen out of a three foot rod and a little bit of propane(or firewood with a little more patience for that matter). You could even get fancy and use a brazing rod if you want.
