I'll add this to my list of scraper candidates. Whatever is at hand seems to work pretty well. I often use saber saw or similar blades and grind or file them to the shape I want. Generally I like blades like this for ramrod channels when clamped in a handle that helps to control depth. I use a mill file to sharpen various scrapers when they need it, including my cabinet scrapers. By the way, I really like Dr Tim's new photo. Now we can see what he really looks like. He still likes that hat but he doesn't look anything like that drawing he used to use.
