It is an absolutely first-rate publication. The articles, photography, layout, design and production value would reflect well on any organization, much less a volunteer one. Thanks to all who participate in the publication of American Tradition.

Mountainman: This is a new publication Volume 1, #2. A periodical published by the Contemporary Longrifle Association. Contact them at the CLA website.

This book/magazine is free with a paid up CLA subscription. For the one mentioned you must have been paid up by July 2010. I am not sure that its available to non CLA members.

In my opinion the semi-annual magazine is worth the price of membership. Not to mention admission to shows, "Broadside" newsletter and access to the "for sale" section of the website at no additional cost. I encourage all who are not members to remedy that problem, I don't think you will regret it.
