« on: October 19, 2010, 03:58:01 PM »
I have a new bag set posted up on The Blog...
http://contemporarymakers.blogspot.com/
it was alot of fun to gather everything together for...
Ive been working towards it for well over a year, and even though
its basically a simple set, alot of the components were hard to find..
thanks in advance guys..

Tim - very cool.

Whose resonator is that - yours?  They are fun.

Thanks Guy and Tim... the resonator is mine...I like a guitar with hubcaps...the body is painted bell brass, and the cone spun steel...long live blackpowder and bluegrass...

Tim,
What an enjoyable photo essay!  Your writing rivals your artistry with leather and horn.  Great tie-in with muzzleloading in the '30s.
Superb!

Tim:

Another great one in the River Series!  I particularly like all of the accessories that you've found to go with it.

Tim,

What a great article and collection.  Love the inclusion of the Dapper Dan can! My oldest son and I are huge "O' Brother" fans.  Drive the wife nuts with movie quote and references.

We should all thank you for that trip down memory lane. You brought back some history that some here might not know about and made a fine looking bag set too.     Gary

Makes me want to get out the bib overalls, fedora and go after something. Oh yeah and pop in Alison's cd getting ready.
Great write up and tie in Tim, especially Dapper Dan.
