Allen, that is great work. That's the kind of replicating that really excites me, except for one thing.
When one comes upon an original that is in tough shape, through neglect, abuse, hard use, or whatever, one thinks, "man, if only this gun wasn't so beat up - what a piece it would have been in another day. I cannot grasp why a client would have a new gun made to look like that, when you have the opportunity to turn back time to a pristine rifle. I may never understand that.
