Andrew Kopp Cheek Piece You May Copy
« on: January 19, 2011, 08:12:39 PM »
Gentlemen & Barbie,  For you builder: In an attempt to further your education into the arts & mysteries of the craft by the age old school house method of instruction called "Show and Tell", please examine this photograph.  It is of the cheek area on an original signed Andrew Kopp rifle that is near by. (This is one heavy rifle!)  Notice the dapped heads on the inlay pins/nails?  These pins are not merely raised because of age/wood shrinkage, but are formed this way.  Making a dapping jig is easy and easy to use.  Yes!  You may copy the photo for your own personal use.  Caveat: This photograph has been copyrighted and I'm a SOB.  Please note that does not stand for Steven Oscar Bookout! ;) Cheers, Bookie
