i need to know who makes these TOW is out of there rifled ones and i need some for my interchangeable flintlock
i have demand but no supply  :P

Maybe you should actually READ the description on the page you posted.  It tells who the manufacturer is.

Tapered octagon-to-round 20 gauge smoothbore barrel is made in the U.S.A., exclusively for Track® by Colerain Barrel Company.
