Two grooves and lands

I once owned a WW2 30-06 with only two narrow lands and two wide grooves; fairly good shooter it was. But were there ever ALR with barrels like that? Just curious !

I think some of the C.W. muskets were 3 grove, may have been 2 grove not sure.

There were English rifles for sure. Not sure about American

real sure springfield trap door 45-70s were 3 groove.  i also had an 03a3 with 2 grooves and it hit what ever it needed to.     mark

i dont know why thay did it but i had a lee enfield like that too

all knids of weird rifling in enfield's ,2 groove,3 groove,5 groove

my martini henry has 7 groove henry rifling
