Cherry stock. Overall length abt 75".Barrel is 60 " with 16 "
of that being Octagon..The Fowler is in excellent cond, with only a few
small cracks in forestock and a sliver missing near the muzzle..The lock
is a Ketland and the KE is visible with the remainder not..The pan
has burnt through, looks like the bridle has broke off..I think it is
the best cond. of any Fowler I have seen..Not sure abt bore size , about
9/16-5/8..It may be called 20 gauge..I never got the bore thing yet...I
am guessing that this is about as long as bore as one may find on a
fowler as late as this one,the Silver convex escutcheon is dated
1823.
