A fowler. Note d are the replaced patchbox door and forearm. An early piece with well done engraving on the patchbox and a flowered top finial as found on VA and PA pieces. Butt is 1.75 inches wide. Note the star is inlet and original to the gun, just re -stabilized poorly. The trigger guard is two pieced.
