Been a while since I shot competitively but I doubt that its changed that much. The whole thing is in applying pressure to the trigger as it swings into the bull and holding it as it swings out. The swinging is called the arc of motion and it can be reduced by weight training. Squeezing and holding not releasing but holding is the tough part but as you practice it will become second nature and you will become a really good shot. Practice and weight training will do it for you. Frank
