Well, I like it!

I like the oversized trigger guard and I sure do like the wood and finish.

If I may, could someone tell me what "grade" of figure that stock would be considered. To my uneducated eye, it looks to me like it has figure from nosecap to toe.

Remember, if you need to buttstroke someone across the chops, that substancial butt plate protects your investment. Just saying.

Best regards,
Albert

Be safe Albert.
I too like it.
Trigger guard has a pounded out at the shop look. A use it with mitts on like a trade gun.
Maybe my head where we still have white snow covered country here.

Beautiful! And Albert, the butt stroke, vertical, horizontal, or diagonal is a much under-appreciated method of dispute settlement, at least from a Marine's perspective anyway  :D. Definitely wouldn't want to do anything to mess up that piece of wood though.

I like the wood and your work. Real nice.  The huge trigger and guard looks weird, but not bad.  Is it for a Norwegian? Swede? Laplander? Eskimo?  Nort Dakotan?
