This is probably already known by everyone except me, but: Don't toss those worn-out Harbor Freight paint brushes used to shellac inlet interiors; the tapered handles make WONDERFUL "sanding blocks" for hard-to-get-to places around lock mortises, cheekpieces, etc. -- paulallen, tucson az
