In looking at pictures of this rifle on the blog site I was wondering if the label of "Nicholas Beyer" was put there by Track?
It has the hardware and carving of a Beck rifle.    I know they were closely associated, but not this close.  Another unusual
feature of the carving........the carving around the nose of the comb, unusual to see it up along the side of the comb.
