Tansel style horn

Ok here it is the horn is all done but the stopper which is no big deal the horn is 14 1/2" outside curve the base (or Butt Plug) is cherry amnd is hollowed out and is 2 1/2" diameter the tip is turned from antler and is applied ..
and It is right side carry  ??? ??? ???

Eseabee, what did you stain the cherry and horn with, if you did in fact stain them. I like the color of the wood and would consider that for a cherry stocked gun I will build in the future. Great looking horn by the way.   Smylee

I used a mixture of cherry stain and American walnut lural Moutain sorry I can`t remember the correct spelling

Ed, I saw your Cheif Paugus horn at Ft. Roberdeau and thought you should engrave more.
So I am so glad you did this horn. I like Tansel horns and this fits right in.
