Story of John Shreckengost gunsmith born 1776

Here is the story of John Shreckengost and his son.  John was father of William G. Shreckengost (prolific maker).  Worth saving and opening in a program you can enlarge it with such as microsoft paint or windows picture viewer.  I couldn't figure out how to get it bigger on ALR.

Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.

Robb,
Pretty timley post. In yesterday's obituaries there was a Schreckengost that passed away. Don't know if you have any relatives over here in central Ohio but it was in the Columbus Dispatch.
