First Attempt at a Banded horn/ And a Shot Flagon?
« on: September 07, 2011, 04:26:08 AM »
Here are a few photo's of something I think may still be a work in progress.  I look at it, seems like it's missing something or it could be more of something.

Your thoughts please?

Somthing I would also like to share with you was something I did for fun.  Supposed to be a Flagon turned out mors like a Shot Glass or Shot Flagon

I left it just as it is.... I think it looks neat.

Your pictures look fine to me. Maybe my eyes aren't so good either. I like both of these. The casting on the cup is kind of interesting.

Looks like you’re coming along nicely Rich.
Are you coming up to the Trades Fair at The Log Cabin Shop, 8-9 Oct? If so bring it along.

Rich; I think your banded horn turned out very well. Your flagon is also very interesting and looks good in it original state. Maybe some limited engraving in connection with the open spaces would give the flagon an antique appearance. Thanks for the posting. AJ
