OTR .54 flintlock information

I am new to this site not new to black powder.  Any information would
appreciated.  Barrel stamped OTR , Mackay Idaho.  #136 proof mark?
shield outline with 2 lightning marks.   Who was the builder of these
rifles?  What is the reccomended load ?  Vintage? Thankyou. woodburner

OTR..is Oregon Trail Riflesmiths, Inc.
started by Ted Holland and some freinds early 80,s
Dick Hart built a lot of those rifles,
not sure who the shield and lightning was by..
when it went to Mackay Id. it had been purchased by the shop foreman
recommended load would of course depend on the caliber.
most were very well build rilfes
