Can someone point me in the direction of information on a builder named D. Ginger? I believe he may have worked in West Virginia.

Ginger, Lewis (1790-1870). gunsmith. Lewis Ginger was born in Randolph County in 1790. He served in the War of 1812. Ginger left West Virginia about 1825. In 1850 Ginger was listed as a gunsmith in Jefferson Township, Preble County, Ohio [Census; Hutslar,.326]. He moved from New Paris, Preble County, Ohio, after 1853, and spent his remaining years in Camden, Jay County, Indiana [Lindert, Gunsmiths of Indiana, 91-92; Camden Indiana Dir., 1868].
