Rifle #16 in Linsey's Ky. Rifles
« on: September 21, 2011, 03:30:22 AM »
It has been almost 40 yrs. since this book was published and I have used mine hundreds of times.  I was hoping that someone on this board now knows more about this firearm.. It is the one on the page with the Verner. Looks old in style but has set triggers. Plain side opening box of odd shape Shape of a wooden one almost) Very early shaped guard.  Anyone with info would be appreciated.  No attribution in book    thanks  JW Lynn

Please see page 77 in the book Moravian Gun Making of the American Revolution for a full discussion on this rifle.
