Has anyone seen any photos of the recently found rifle with a Gamecock Patchbox Finial, I heard this is only the second Rifle to surface with a Gamecock- Is it a Wiley Higgins?-

Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.

A friend, who has examined that rifle carefully and is quite familiar with the Wiley Higgins Gamecock rifle, says the new discovery is not by Higgins. I have not seen the rifle, nor photos as yet.
