I bought it at an estate sale and there are no names or marks except for RCL on the lock. I did find one that looks to be a copy of the gun and it was on a page of Hawken's guns

Nice clean later percussion halfstock, average quality, could have been made anywhere. It has no clues or signatures I can see that would help us attribute it.

Has a bit of a fish belly...(maybe just camera angle??) might indicate a Northern tier gun??

I'd say RB had some old parts from a late era percussion gun and restocked them so he could shoot it. By the looks of it RB could still be alive or not very long gone.
