Stock Blank question
« on: February 27, 2012, 11:16:49 PM »
I am getting ready to bandsaw 14 curly maple grade 5 stock blanks out of 3+" planks.  Can someone tell
me the dimensions I should use for the blanks so that they will be appropriate to make into the majority
of the longrifle schools ie. Lancaster, Berks, Lehigh, Upper Susq etc?   I don't want to handcuff myself to
any 1 style because I don't know who will ultimately want them and I don't have a Lancaster, Lehigh or
upper susq to use as reference.  Any help appreciated.
Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.
