Had reason to venture out to the Labooritory today and do a bit of work on the wifes rifle,
took a break from that and built a prototype powder/shot measure.
Its made from elk antler and ebony wood.
It is 3 1/8" overall length with the antler portion just shy of 1 7/8", it is 3/4" outside diameter with a 5/8" cylinder bore hole just at 1 3/8" deep.
The antler was drilled and tapped and the ebony was done with the corresponding die, no glue or other modern chemicals were used it the making.
Bees Wax was used as a polish and sealer.
