Kits?
« on: April 19, 2012, 09:44:14 PM »
I am looking for a kit gun for my next project. I do not want to wait 6 to 8 weeks for it.  Late Lancaster style, 45 cal. 42 -44 in. barrel.  I could not make it too  the Bedford show so now I'll have to order it on line. Price is not my main concern, quality is more important. Any suggestions?

 Thanks,
 Mark

Contact Barbie Chambers and see what they have in stock. Excellent kits.

Chambers kits are great, and Barbie & Jim are the best to deal with

You won't find a better kit than what Jim and Barbie sell.

Worth every penny.

Ditto the advice above.  I currently have one of their early Lancaster kits on the bench and could not be more pleased with the quality and customer service.  All around good people and great folks to do business with.

Best parts package you can get.  I have two of them now and have taken deer with them both.  You wont go wrong with the Chambers kit.

Chambers kits are highly recommended but it depends on how you define "late Lancaster." !820-30 is very different from 1780.
