Barrel Marking

Gentlemen-

I have a TN MTN Rifle that has a 13/16" straight octagon .32 cal. barrel.  I pulled the barrel to check the maker of the barrel and/or rifle.  The bottom flat is stamped with R H 1986.  Does anyone have a clue as to who this might be and if it is the barrel maker mark or most likely the gunbuilder's initials and date?

On the same note, but a different barrel. I recently was given a Numrich Arms Kentucky that has been used, and abused. The barrel has no legend on it, other than a small heart stamped in the bottom of the breech end of the barrel. Did Heart make barrels for Numrich?

No.....Hart specializes in barrels for benchrest competition, custom work, custom calibers (wildcatting).....
