Anyone on here at that 2 day shoot past weekend?    And, did you shoot that closest to the X offhand at 200 yds for the 100 dollar bill?   And if not why not

Yes Roger I was at the shoot all day Sunday. Another well run and fun shoot. There are some rather good shooters at this club to say the least. Having a farm and a bunch of kids keeps my schedule more than overflowing. Yet I still try and make the monthly shoot at Blue Mt. I was also around at the end when the winners were  announced and The Roger Fisher once again won the 200 yd. off hand for $100. Congradulations Roger you are an amazing spokesman and champion for the sport of blackpowder shooting. And not too bad a shot either.

  The bigger the prize,the better he shoots!  When our group practices every Sunday, we have a saying if we miss a target and want to "re-enter",lol! We call it a "Roger Fisher". You're famous out here! (we miss alot) Roger, I'd be honored just to stand in your shadow. I mean that.
~no such thing as a reentry in a competition out west here,in fact,most have never heard of it~

Here's one of Roger's 200 yard targets  from the closest to the centre match.  He's not as good as everyone says, as you can see, it's a good 1/4" off the centre X.

All kidding aside, that would be GREAT shooting for a 100 yard match, let alone 200.

A word on the re entry matches here in the East.... Truly the First Frontier of our country.....  We do run non re entry aggs; but found out long time ago that we could not pay decent prizes and pay the bills w/o running re entry matches.  The re entry matches are where we make the $.
