........barrel blanks for those who enjoy rifling by hand? Anybody out there have any info? Thanks.

I saw some listed on Green Mountain's site about ten days ago.  You might check with them.

I suspect that most of the barrel makers will sell you a smoothbore rifle barrel blank that you can rifle to suite yourself. Or they might sell you a drilled blank that you can rifle and contour to whatever you desire.

How long  of a barrel and what caliber. I have a .45 barrel blank reamed for rifling. It is 28" long and is 15/16" I was planning on rifling it my self. Just haven't got around to it yet.
