I built these for my Mom after I got my lathe. The first one was not as big a stretch as the second one. English walnut on the first, A piece of very figured Black Walnut on the second. The horn on the second is much thinner and translucent. I think these were made 8 years ago or so. Maybe 6 to 8 months apart.
