I have really been enjoying then work by Raszpla and thank him for taking time to post
   pictures--Has anyone seen any drawings or books on building a wheelock
   Years ago there was a book but long out of print i think
   Any ideas??

I have one Sydney, and used it to build the pistol you know.  It was written by Georg Lauber, I believe.  You're welcome to use it if that will help you dull your files.  I like the locks that Raszpla makes for their plate profile.  His filing and workmanship is better than most of the original work I've seen.  None of the originals I've seen are perfectly polished as we tend to do today, and file, chisel, and saw marks are evident.  His locks are completely correct, as far as I can see from photos.  I'd love to own one of them.

I am very glad that the next person is suffering from wheellock  :D

with me, you can place an order . really glad that you are thinking about building self wheellock.This is a beautiful adventure but many require the builder. :)
