Jack Haugh target rifle

Hi Friends,

  I remember reading an article in Muzzle Blast back in early 2000 about a rifle Jack stocked for a fellow that was modeled after an early Baker long range target rifle. As I recall Jack also made the lock and all hardware, around a Whitmore barrel (as I recall). Does anyone remember this article or know who owns the gun.
