Langhorne, Bucks County, PA Shoot This Sunday, 17 March
« Reply #28 on: March 15, 2013, 05:08:20 PM »
Langhorne Rod and Gun will be hosting their first spring shoot on Sunday, 17 March.  There are matches for everyone and any gun that shoots black powder.  The shoot begins at 0900 and ends at 1600 hrs.  Mike's prizes are usually exceptional.  The guys from First Frontier Militia come down as well as a few of us from New Jersey.  This is usually a well attended shoot.

A  few shoots coming up in the next two weeks
                 13 April (Saturday) -  Brandywine Longrifles  1000hrs.
14 April (Sunday)   -  First Frontier Militia 0900hrs.
                 21 April (Sunday)   -  Langhorne Muzzleloaders 0900hrs.

All of these shoots are well run; shooters are easy to get along with, and the prizes are pretty good.

I will bring the fixins for making coffee at First Frontier Militia on Sunday.  I will keep a pot of hot coffee on throughout the day.  Hope to see y'all there for a good shoot.

Don't forget that there is a shoot at Brandywine on Saturday too.  Prizes are given out to fourth place and they are usually good meat prizes.

I was just reminded that Blue Mountain in Shartlesville is shooting on Saturday as well.  Looks like this is a busy weekend in eastern PA for muzzleloading.  Good to see...
