Barrel markings from 70-80s built rifle

Hello y'all,I have a nice halfstock 50 ca rifle built in late 70-mid 80s.Only markings on gun is  H 103 G on bottom of barrel.Any of you have any idea as to who may have made the barrel?Gun came from northern WVa,found its way down to Charleston.Thanks.Dave
