That knife looks like the one from TOW For @ $15.00! It comes with a purple coating on the blade and handle. A buddy in northern Mich bought one and stripped it down. It's an awsome knife for the dough!. It comes as a damascus blade also for @ $60.00. Hold's a great edge. And the bone look's great,kinda auto aged! I bought a few and include them in my bag sets.
