Bag Set on the Contemporary Makers Blog
« on: January 27, 2013, 04:38:28 AM »
I want to shamlessly mention that on Friday Art and Jan posted a southern bearded bag and horn set that I made recently.

I wanted to mention that Karl Fisher made the hawk haft, and John Yates the belt knife. The rifle is one I made with Myron Carlson..Thanks very much to the Blog for the post.

WOW Tim....That is a little different take on a McGlemary pouch. Beautiful rig and as usual another outstanding example of your fine craftsmenship. Someone will be wearing that one proudly.  Kind Regards    Frank

PS I think I know that Karl Fisher feller too. He's a dandy and so is that hawk.

I've done a few of these, and man,do I have TIRED fingers afterwards! I like the look. I especially like the sheath being bearded too. Nice job,as usual!
