ramrod tapering tool

Last year someone on this site was offering for sale, a simple tool for making tapered ramrods.   I've tried to to find it in the archives without success.   If the tool is still available, can someone point me at it?

That person would be Acer Saccharum.  Great little tool.  I made my own years ago out of a 1/8" piece of mild steel and only recently received one of Toms.  There is no comparison in how much better Tom's scraper works.  I highly recommend it.  I just wish he would put a hole in the center of the next batch of scrapers he makes so I can hang it on the wall. :D
