Cookson Dog lock

Does anyone have photos of the dog lock gun beleived to have been made by John Cookson?  This is the one the Rifle Shoppe sells parts to.  Is this gun published anywhere?

Jim, I believe it is pictured in "Steel Canvas" by R.L. Wilson. I will check later this afternoon to make sure.
