Rich, How weak was the AF used in your example B and what does once blushed mean. I am trying to get a color like that for my rifle.
I believe I diluted my regular AQF 1:1 in water and stained and blushed once. By blushed I mean I heated it to bring up the color. Often with AQF I apply multiple times and heat-activate it each time.
