The Gun Builders class will meet this Saturday at the Log Cabin Shop, Lodi Ohio.  We are there all day, stop in and say hello, bring along any project you may be working on.  We have lots of fun and sometimes get some work done on our various projects.  Ian Pratt is the leader, stop in and see what kind of stuff we are up to.

Here are a few pictures from Saturdays class.  Ian gave a short talk on southern patchbox design, with a good sprinkling of Golden Mean discussion.

Ian , Jim, Mark and Greg.  Notice no one stands too close to Ian.

Marks reaction to Ian bringing up the Golden Mean.

This is Andrew, you will notice he is the only one working.

Gary's walnut stocked rifle.

Greg trying to inlet his side plate.

Ian working on getting a breach plug out without cracking it.

We had a good day, not too many visitors, I suppose it was too close to Easter to have a lot of folks out and about.  Plan on coming next month, April 27th.  Hope to see you then.

I would love to make it to one of these. That walnut stock with the stepped wrist looks very nice.
