traditions crocket pistol

Am thinking about a traditions crocket pistol in .32 cal.. anyone ever own & shoot one. I do  not know much about them.

It has the cheap lock (no bridle or fly)  and standard lower end trigger pull.   The ones I examined had excellent barrels for PRB.  I thought of getting one and putting a good lock and single set trigger on it. Except that the replacement lock and trigger would run the cost up to about $340.  I have been watching for a used one cheap on-line but so far none.     

A couple years ago, I even wrote to Traditions suggesting they make a target model of the crocket.  (Not the Parker with that clunky DST) Never got a response.
