I'm building a Bucks County rifle now using a 38 inch GM "B" profile swamped barrel and it looks like a very nice barrel. It's a shame to see them stop making those barrels. They were a good source of well made barrels without the long wait so common with most of the custom barrel makers. As I noted in my original post, GM doesn't have much selection in the straight octagon barrels offered now either. I guess the drift of new ML shooters to mass produced in-line guns is starting to hurt the makers of non-custom traditional guns and their components. What a shame.
