front sight replacement question
« on: August 20, 2013, 03:36:48 AM »
I have a Green Mountain "Drop-in" bbl. coming for my T/C Hawken. ( 50 cal flint).  I already know I want to replace the front sight blade with a square "Patridge" style. Does anyone know what size the dovetail is on those bbl's..?? What will fit..??

Thanks.

Don,
I have one coming in .40. I am pretty sure they are 3/8. I have another in .36 that has a 3/8 and I think that is their standard.

Thanks Guys. That's what I thought, but wasn't sure. The guys at Track "thought so"...also, but couldn't confirm.
Appreciate the help.
