Building a Sea Service 1805 Pistol

Hi Folks!
Some time ago I repair a original Sea Service Pistol for a buddy, and i made me a drawing of it ;)So now I will build the gun between all the other gunwork :) I have a lock kit and butcap from Blackley. The stock is birch, yes I know the original is walnut but for my alergy dont aksept it :-\The barrel is made from a thick walled pipe, cal around 58"

Hi Folks! And thank you all !
Before the owner of the original pistol take it home I try to dublikate the barrel nice locking band at the breach. The barrel is now in place, and the ramrod growe drilled. You see my Belgian Sea service pistol laying there as an inspirator/mentor hehe ;)

A friend of mine built a "Canadian Civil Service" pistol with no touch hole.
He says "It wont work and you can't fire it"

Hi Guys! and thank you!
So its the lock kit, made by blackleyandson.com. Lots of work, all parts have umbilical cords and all holes must be drilled and tapped. And ofcoarse part must be hardened, and all screws must be made. I begin with lockplate and the frizzen and the spring.

Runastav,
It would be easier to drill and ream the frizzen when both are clamped together.
I make a couple of different locks that must be done like this and one of them
must have the slot for the frizzen milled to make the pan arm or bridle.
Do you know what the frizzen and spring are made from?

The trigger made, there is no triggerplate on this pistol maybe  the englishman was smart and think the trigger must not rust thogether hehe :D
