I'm just curious, but who are the collectors...who are the artists...and what benefits are to be gained either way for both parties.

The collector and artist ( can also be a builder) are often one in the same:

Good question there Tim, my exact thoughts. Mark Elliott is right on with his thoughts on the NRA, they are only looking for what's in it for them. Tangent is an under statement.   Regards   Frank
