Love liver, all organ meat really! Guess I'll have to save my pennies and try to go for moose!

Koger, I had a guided hunt near Babine lake in North/Central British Columbia.  I live here, so was hunting only about four hours from home, and collecting on a debt from the outfitter.  A person cannot get a better opportunity for moose.

Art is not an object.  It is the excitement inspired by the object.

Very nice sir.  The older that I get, the less interested that I become in hunting big game but there's just something about a moose.  I doubt that I'll ever get the opportunity but I very much enjoyed your photo; it must have been something else.

Old or young, big game meant one thing to our family...FOOD !   My Great Uncle had a farm /homestead in North Western Ontario.  Beef was for selling. Moose was for eating  ;D
