Small Double BeltBag FireKit

I made a run of these small beltbags (6"X6").  Each one is radically different in look from the next one. These were done for the Ancient Ones Gunshow this weekend in Augusta Maine. 

Just wanted to do something challenging, and building such a small handsewn bag was just the ticket. :)

I included a piece of tow, striker, flint spall, char and tin, and a long hairpipe in all the kits. This one has a fire lens and pocket for it...in the front of the bag.

A good fireworks is so important! Nice kit. The addition of a hair pipe is an important part. I'm always surprised that folks don't understand its use. I like your double beltbag idea. I think I need one.

Yup. Easy fit in your kit and really helps get a fire started. If you don't want it to look like a hairpipe, a little file work or engraving can change the look.

A wingbone call would also work, I bet, particularly the two-bone or single bone varieties that seem to be more PC...

Well... they almost sold out this morning.  They would have... all ten sets sold, but I pulled one to keep for myself. :)

That is a very nice bag.  You shoud make some and put them in the for sale section of the forum.
