can the small siler percussion be made to look like a true conversion

How can this be done.  Also, can it be given a more English appearance?

You could get a small Siler flint lock and convert it.

File the rear end of plate more or less to a rounded profile with the tit on end if wanted, to make it look like a conv....File out a 1/16" piece of plate to look like a sawn off pan, solder it to plate, match hole in new piece to drum.  I did this once--looked O.K. mite drill a frizzen sprg hole & fill it with a peened over 6-32 bolt or something....Tom
