Tim...I realy enjoy seeing these hunting horns. Could you give us noobs a bit of detail on how to make the mouth piece? That is, what is the general internal dimension/shape intended to be?
I have a lathe, and I am not aftraid to use it!

The fit of the tip is different than this one.
I drilled a horn tip, put it on a Pen mandrel, turned the outside to a cylinder, put that in a four jaw chuck and drilled/turned with small tools the cup. Then back on the mandrel to turn the outside shape and shank down (15/32nds) so it fits the horn, it is a press fit.
