Origional buttcap

Talking to a guy who has a origional pistol buttcap. I was woundering what a fair price would be for it. I would like to get it back into the community for someone to be able to use and make reproductions of it if they wanted.

Mustang, you need to put a price on this cap. This is not an auction site, like Ebay.  Without a price, the thread will have to be removed.

I'm not selling, a fella over on a metal detecting forum found it and I offerd to buy it. Looking for a fair price to offer him.
