Riflemans Knife

Finished this one up today.
7 1/4" Blade of 0-1 steel
4 3/4" Curly Maple grip
Through tang peened over pommel.
Iron guard, Bolster, and Pommel.
All lightly aged. Thanks for looking and all comments welcome.

Very nice. Love through tang knives. It's so lightly aged that it looks like it's been used for maybe as much as a couple of months.

Thanks all for the kind words.
Finished the sheath today, Thought I would share.
Sheath and Frog are 6/7oz Veg tan leather
Collar and Frog hook are mild steel.
Hope you enjoy a look.

Very interesting adaptation of a sword throat on the sheath with a sword or bayonet style locket and frog!!
